Attention parents of students in the 12th grade. Lorain County Public Health reminds you that before students can enter 12th grade they must have received two doses of the meningitis vaccine by age 16 (if the first dose was given on or after the 16th birthday only one dose is required). Contact your medical provider or make an appointment at Lorain County Public Health – call 440-284-3206.
There is a Lorain County Public Health vaccination clinic at Herrick Memorial Library on Wednesday, September 4. Please call Lorain County Public Health to make an appointment for this important school requirement.
